Announcement   Plain Jane Pottery is the culmination of years of collecting vintage ceramic pieces. My love for the solid color, simple shaped ceramic vessels led me on a journey to discover many forgotten shapes and styles.

Today I have collected more than 25 molds from the 1950's and 1960's. Carefully preserving the molds prior to pouring them is a passion that grows with each casting.

I continue to find new molds and look for vintage inspired molds to add to my collection.

Please convo me for custom color requests.

Received Mr. piggy in the mail today in perfect shape. He brought a smile to my face which is precisely the reason I needed him. :). Thank you so much. I love him.

About

The essence of clean simple design. That's why I call my shop PlainJane...Pottery

Have you ever thought that you wanted to throw all of your home decor out and start fresh? Everything would be white... that is until I would become obsessed with coral or aqua or some other beautiful color. I create many lines of ceramic and also stoneware pottery. My PlainJane line represents the simplicity with which I wish I could always live in. Pure joy fills me up as I see the solid colors emerge from the kiln. Many of my molds are vintage or vintage inspired. As this line evolves, I will add small hand formed clay vessels to intrigue the mind.
