Box sizes are selected to accommodate the frame size of each wreath. This saves on supply and shipping costs and also reduces the chances of the wreath shifting during shipment.

Dimensions listed for each item are approximate based on lot of felt used for that wreath. All felt is cut the same length for each size but some felt may stretch more than other colors.

Measurements are taken with the wreath upside down. Every wreath is measured before shipping.

The felt used by Plan Bee Home is fade-resistant, washable, and mold and mildew proof (indoors or out) according to the manufacturer.

The body of most wreaths is made using felt that was manufactured in the US using 100% post-consumer recycled materials (unless specified otherwise). All felt used is machine washable so spot cleaning with water and/or a mild detergent should be fine. For wreaths with embellishments added, use caution.

The felt used is suitable for outdoor use. All felt used is fade-resistant as well as mold and mildew proof (according to manufacturer). All felt is machine washable.

To ensure longevity, it is suggested that you place wreaths in a covered area, but they can be placed outdoors as well. Multiple buyers have reported that they have hung wreaths outdoors for months at a time (fully exposed to elements) and they have been fine. I personally tested it and I've had no issues (so far), despite the constant rain and heat.

I strongly encourage buyers to keep wreaths with embellishments and/or flower wreaths in a covered area. Glue is used on wreaths with embellishments added should not be to the sun for a long period.

Please review the estimated arrival time before placing your order. All orders are non-refundable. Discounts and refunds will no longer be offered unless I cannot meet the expected ship-by date. Production times are always based on volume.

While Plan Bee Home continues to ship orders on schedule, sometimes shipping companies experience delays and I cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates once an item ships.

Plan Bee Home ships free in the US via UPS Ground. PO Box and military addresses (ex: APO, FPO, MPO) are no longer accepted. If an order is received with a PO Box address, a street address will be requested.

Shipping upgrades can be requested.

Orders for multiple wreaths will ship in one box (up to 4 wreaths). If a buyer requests to ship each item separately, a small fee per additional box will apply.

Note: Estimated delivery dates are calculated by Etsy. While Plan Bee Home continues to ship orders early or on schedule, delivery companies may experience delays and I cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates once an item ships.

I do have a no-return policy but will make exceptions if there is an issue w/ the quality of your item. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact me.
• Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if the tags are removed.
• Exchanges/Returns are considered if you contact me within 2 business days of receipt. Items must be shipped back in their original condition within 2 days of our agreement.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees for returned or exchanged items.
• Returns- refund will be issued for the item cost, less all shipping fees + 5% of the item cost upon receipt of return.
• Exchanges- if applicable, a refund for overpayment will be issued upon receipt of return.
• Return labels are available upon request.
