Planner Freak Turns Etsy Artist

I have always been 3 things in my life:

#1: an artist
#2: an organization freak
#3: an entrepreneur

My favorite toys as a child were always my art toys and before I even graduated high school, I had taken my first Photoshop class. I have over 15 years of professional graphic design experience total.

I started using daily planners when I was in junior high and have used them ever since. I love that I have found others on Etsy and Facebook that have a love for planners like I do!

Erin Condren makes such cute planners and I am in love with mine. I also like Emily Ley's "The Simplified Planner" and Whitney English's "Day Designer". Both are very beautiful planners that sell out super quick! Emily Ley's planners can be found at her website www.emilyley.com and Whitney English's planners can be found here on Etsy and her website www.daydesigner.com. (Please note that I am not associated with any of these people however. I only mention them because I am a fan of their work.)

I have had many businesses in my life. Some were successful, some were not. But with each one I learned a little more about the world, about business, and about myself.


Now a little about my process...

I make everything in-house. I create my designs in my home office on my computer or a paper drawing pad that I then scan the drawing into the computer. Though sometimes I also collaborate with other artists to make my designs too. Partnering with other Etsy artists is one of my favorite things about selling on Etsy.

I then print, cut, and package all stickers in-house as well. Everything is printed at high resolution and on photo quality grade printing equipment for excellent quality. My label paper is sourced locally and is high quality.

Returns and exchanges
REFUNDS:

All sales are final once placed. Please note that we cannot inactivate the request cancellation button on Etsy.com but we do not accept cancelled orders.

No refunds can be issued unless there is a gross mistake on our part. Refunds will not exceed the amount paid. We cannot be held responsible if you receive an item late due to the post office taking longer than the standard delivery time as this is out of our control. This policy is still effective even if we give a purchase deadline for a seasonal product.


Damaged orders (both US and international customers):

If your order is damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it and we will ship out a replacement at our cost within 2-3 business days after you email us a photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging. This is valid one time only per order placed.

We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as "delivered". This includes misdelivered packages marked as "delivered".

Lost orders:

US orders only: If your tracking number shows your order is lost before delivery, please contact us as soon as you know that it is lost, but no more than 45 days after the ship date. We will ship out a replacement at our cost as long as the package was not lost due to customer error and at least 14 days has passed since shipping it.

International orders only: If your tracking number shows your order is lost before it leaves the country, please contact us as soon as you know that it is lost, but no more than 45 days after the ship date. We will ship out a replacement at our cost as long as the package was not lost due to customer error and at least 14 days has passed since shipping it. However, we cannot be held responsible for orders lost outside of the US.
Payment
We accept Paypal, credit cards and Etsy gift cards.

Merchandise bought in NYS will require sales tax payment.
Shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS first class mail with tracking. Your Etsy address will be used. If you change your Etsy address after placing an order, your invoice will not update.

US mail takes about 2-5 business days in shipment. Foreign countries vary by destination but can take 1-2 weeks or more on a rare case. These quotes are only estimates and your package could take slightly longer.

If your order is returned to us because of an error on your part, you will need to pay to re-ship the item to you at the correct shipping cost plus $1.00 to cover my sellers fees again. After 1 failed re-shipment attempt, we reserve the right to charge you a $5 processing fee to have the item shipped to you again plus the cost of re-shipping the item.

International customers will be responsible for paying all duties, taxes, etc. separately and directly to their countries governments or mail organizations that are requesting fees be paid in order to receive their product(s).
Additional policies and FAQs
Coupon codes exclude shipping and tax and cannot be combined with other coupon codes or offers. They cannot be used on previous purchases or custom/reserved orders. The coupon code must be entered at time of checkout as manual price adjustments cannot be made. Any offers for free shipping only includes first class mail.
