Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of the items we offer, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Payment
We accept all credit card and paypal payments as well as Etsy gift cards. We do not accept cash or check at this time.
Shipping
Domestic Orders (USA)

Shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. All orders ship in a rigid mailer for protection.

5/19/20- Please note that there are service interruptions due to the current pandemic. Please add an additional 2-5 days to your estimated delivery time to allow USPS enough time to deliver your package to you. While this is still an estimated delivery time, this is the timeframe USPS has given us. Packages that are not delivered will be handled on a case by case basis, but due to the delays, please allow at least 14 days from the date the order has shipped. If the package has not been delivered in 14 days once it has shipped, please contact us.

International Orders

5/19/20- Please note that due to the current pandemic, there are major shipping delays, especially with International orders. Please be advised that your order may face significant delays. Because of this, we ask that you allow 30 days from the shipment date before a replacement package (if order is marked as lost) will be sent to allow plenty of time for the package to arrive.

The are also several service interruptions to certain locations due to closed borders and/or no means to deliver packages. Please be sure that your area is not facing any service interruptions before ordering. Unfortunately, if there are service interruptions in your area, we will have to refund and cancel your order at this time. Please refer to USPS for a list of service interruptions. **International Customers are responsible for any additional fees including customs fees, taxes, etc.

International orders are now processed first through a processing facility, relabeled and and sent to their final destination. This is a new program and facility as of 1/21/18. Orders will now be shipped at First Class International Flats, and will have a customs form and tracking.

All orders will ship to the address you have listed on your Etsy account. We cannot be held accountable for undeliverable mail due to an incorrect address. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that their address is correct before purchasing. If a package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to reship.

Once an item ships, it is out of our control. If you have any questions about tracking, please locate the tracking number on your receipt and contact your local Post Office. If the tracking shows your package has been delivered, it is best to contact the Post Office right away. They can do further research and speak with your mail carrier for more information. Insurance is available for your package for a small fee, and is highly recommended if you frequently have problems with packages not being delivered.
