Frequently asked questions

When will my order ship?

Your receipt gives you an estimated shipping date and we try to adhere to that date in all cases and in some cases may ship sooner! Please allow at least that amount of time and realize that the USPS can lose shipments (tracking will help estimate shipping timeframe). If you do not receive your items within 7-9 business days since the ship date, please convo me.

What do I do if I have an issue with my order (ie: wrong items, sticker issues, color issues, shipping or damage issues) ?

Your feedback is important to me - If you have any issue or question at all, please convo me through Etsy before leaving feedback as I will try to correct any issues with your etsy order.

I strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours, sometimes however it may take slightly longer. I want to make each and every order correct and have you as a happy customer!

Custom and personalized orders

Currently I am not offering custom stickers or dashboards. I am always trying to create new designs and be sure to spot new listings in my shop!

What paper types do you offer?

I offer currently Transparent Washi Sticker Paper with clear PET backing
