It depends on the item. See the specific listing for license info. You may also purchase a commercial use license to turn any personal use listing into a commercial use listing.
How do I use templates?
If you have Photoshop, you can add colors and patterns to the black boxes. I would highly recommend you use Silhouette Studio. To get the file, message me after purchasing. You can edit text, colors, sizing, and more!
