I love the idea of mixing and matching. I would like a plan with exact calorie counts of things.

great meal plan. I don't like that eggs were included in a plant based plan, but otherwise great ideas.

I love how easy to use this guide is. I can easily pick from the different food items and be confident that I will not be overdoing it with portions. I will definitely be using this to help me with my weight loss journey.

I just purchased the Plant Based Meal Plan printable and I can't wait to try out the meals. I am vegetarian and its often been a struggle to feel full without overeating. The ideas in the meal plan look simple, filling, and delicious. I love that it takes the guess work out of making sure I get enough healthy fats and produce with each meal. Please make more meal plans, Amy! :-)

I appreciate having one place to find acceptable products in a mix and match type fashion for all meals AND condiments. It adds variety while helping me stay on track (you never think of how the condiments can derails you!). I also appreciate the fact that it is plant based as I need to vary my diet a bit from where I am currently at. I see the shop owner has added plans for vegan and gluten free diets! Will look into those too.

I purchased the Mix and Match Snack Ideas and it couldn't have gotten to this house at a better time! We need some new snack ideas since we have basically been home for the last five months. Great information and inspiration!

Very helpful cheat sheet! I needed extra calories while breastfeeding and this definitely is a time saver for me! Definitely recommend for anyone who is on a crunch for time.

As a plant-based Dietitian, I Love the simplicity and design of this product. Seeing options so well organized to make it easy to mix and match and create a variety of healthy plantbased meals is a winning combination.

Love the concept of putting together plant based meals. This works well for people with diabetes, like me, who are looking for a list of options to mix and match. Also love the graphics on each page.

I’m disappointed. This is just a list of vegan items/portions for each meal of the day. There are very cute images on the posits pages, but for almost $30, I expect more than this. A blank planner or example of how these items could be paired would be nice- given the creator is a former WW contributor and has many options for vegan meal plans, I really expected something beyond a list I could probably find for free on Pinterest. I expected more of a usable tool in planning my menus.

I'm sorry you are disappointed with the product. I try very hard to create products that are concise yet effective. The mix-and-match menu components are carefully planned out by me (a registered dietitian nutritionist) to create balanced, vegan meals and snacks. Although there are only nine pages, the mix-and-match options provide at least 50 different meal and snack combinations.
