PLEASE READ SHOP POLICIES (Updated 7/16)
1) SHIPPING: Due to COVID and shorter hours of USPS locations (they close here at 3pm, and randomly when there is not enough staff), I only ship plants in the beginning of the week (M-W/sometimes Th) to avoid weekend package delays. Reach out if any requests.
- I work during the week, and as a precaution to set your shipping expectations it may take up to 5-10 business days for your order to ship. (There has not been enough staff in certain locations, leading USPS locations to randomly shut down)
- You may purchase shipping upgrade to Priority Express for one day shipping as an add on.
- I am not responsible for USPS delays, but will help you process a claim if needed. Please be aware of shipping delays in your area, and issues with USPS tracking.
- DO NOT purchase if you have temps over 90+; If you are unsure, at a minimum you should purchase additional insurance, though I would recommend Express shipping

2) PLANTS: For Cuttings & Collectors Plants, please be aware that these plants can be more difficult to take care of.
- I do not provide care instructions for plants. Everyone's homes, lighting, growth preferences are different (soil, semi-hydro, leca, etc.). If there is something worth noting, I will include that in the listing. Please do your research before making plant purchases. If you have questions, feel free to reach out.
- If you do not have experience rooting plants, do not buy cuttings. These are to make some plants more affordable but would hate an inexperience person with rooting lose a plant this way.

3) NOTE: These are living plants. Wilting, yellowing, or leaf loss is normal after shipping and/or stress from a change in environments. With the right steps and care, most plants will bounce back in a few days.
- Please contact me immediately if you have any questions or concerns.
- I recommend you placing bare root plants in water to perk up and rehydrate after a few days. Plants in pots should be watered if dry, and remain in their pots for 1-2 weeks until they acclimate. Repotting/replanting shock is real. There is a lot of care info easily accessible online. If any questions, please reach out.

Shipping Delays

I am not responsible for USPS delays, but we will process a claim for you if needed. Please be aware of shipping delays in your area, and issues with USPS tracking.

When should I contact you if there are any issues with my order after arrival?

If any issues you must send a message within 24 hours of arrival of your order. You must also submit a picture of the item, as well as the box, and expected arrival date (on top right of the package label). Only then can resolutions be discussed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays and damages to plants due to said delays. Customers are responsible for placing USPS claims for Priority Orders as the reimbursement will go back to who has filed.

Shipping is not available for reimbursement. You must file a claim with USPS.
