If your item does not arrive in good condition, contact us within 24 hours and send us a picture of the issue within 3 days of delivery. We will work out a solution with you. If the package is damaged during delivery, you may also be able to make a claim with USPS.

Plant in well draining soil. Succulents do not like to live in wet soil.
Plenty of sunlight (at least half a day) Native to dry climates and love plenty of sunlight.
Water heavily, but not often. Allow soil to dry out completely before watering again.
Maintain a warm temperature: Succulents like about 70-80 degrees in summer months and 50-60 in winter months.

Choose a sunny spot. 50% sun or more.
Make sure you have appropriate soil: Use cacti soil mix.
Many succulents can rot if the soil does not drain well.
If watering is necessary, pour water around the base of the plant and avoid the leaves. Water heavily until soil is moist. Let the soil dry before the next watering.
Bring your succulents indoors for the winter: Check the hardiness of your item. If you live in an area that has a cold winter, plant in a container you can move into shelter, or cover with frost blanket.
