We accept all major Credit Cards via PayPal. Payment is required within 48 hours after purchase, otherwise your order will be cancelled and re-listed. However, if you need more time, please contact us and we'll work with you.
We ship all packages to the address listed in the Etsy checkout, NOT PayPal. If you want your items sent to a different address, please let us know.

All orders are securely packed and shipped usually within 48 business hours of cleared payment, and final approval on design is excepted.

US orders are shipped via UPS, USPS Priority or USPS Parcel, depending on item. Please allow up to 7-14 days for delivery.

International customers - we ship worldwide. Please contact us prior to purchase so that we can quote a rate for you if yours is not listed. International orders are shipped via First Class International Mail or Priority International depending on size & weight. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. You are responsible for paying any and all tariffs or other customs fees at the border.

About lost packages. It's never convenient. And it brings up feelings of disappointment and aggravation. I will replace lost packages after a certain time period has passed.

After 3 weeks for domestic packages.
After 6 weeks for international packages.
