The item is amazingly beautiful. I would have given it 5 stars, but I didn't because I thought the service should have been better. The seller was barely in contact with me after I placed the order. I had no idea when it would ship, and I really didn't know what the item would look like before it shipped. (Since I sent a photo of a bedroom that the seller could coordinate colors with (at the seller's request,) I thought she would send me a photo of what she planned to do before she actually made it. That didn't happen. So I didn't know what I was getting until it arrived on my doorstep.) But the item turned out to be gorgeous! My only recommendations would be better communication from the seller and give the customer a proof. But otherwise, fantastic job Playful N Posh.

If an item arrives damaged please return the item to me, and once I receive the item, I will then send you a refund for the entire purchase cost, plus both the original and return shipping costs. ***All damaged items must be returned within 60 days to receive a refund.***
