Payment is required at the time of sale unless otherwise negotiated. Paypal is currently our only way of accepting payment except for Australian residents who can make a direct transfer to our Australian bank account. Please us contact prior to the sale for details.
Shipping.....All parcels by Registered Air Mail unless negotiated to go by courier.Delivery can take 14-21 days depending upon the area you are in and how fast your local postal service works. Please email me if you need extra tracking information. ALL items (without exception) are sent registered Air Mail and require a signature upon collection.
Please let us know in advance if you have any special needs with regards the customs declarations as we are required to put a customs declaration on every parcel we send.
We can provide insurance if needed. Please contact us for information.
For larger orders please contact us about a volume price and shipping costs as these may change subject to the amount weight in the parcel.
We always ship your order as "GIFT" so that most of our customers do not have to pay custom duty. However, due to the variations in customs law, customers are responsible for custom duty charged by the destination country, if any.If you require a specific value or notation on your customs forms please contact us in the message to seller section at checkout. Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are allowed if products are damaged in transit and refunds will be given on materials only. Postage is a non refundable item. Exchanges are also possible but again postage is at the buyers expense.Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your items with a photo to show damage and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
In the case of non delivery we can investigate where a parcel has gone to but will need up to 2 months to get the information needed. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive in a timely manner as we can track items.
If you are not happy please tell us before leaving feedback and we will work towards a successful resolution.If you are happy please tell your freinds.

Wholesale rates are available at up to 45% off retail costings but are subject to volume purchases. Please contact us for details.We can custom make items in volume if required at the customers request and to custom design specifications if needed.

3 items the same, 10% off all
4 items the same,15% off
5 items the same, 20% off
6 items the same,25% off
7 items the same, 30% off
8 items the same, 35% off
9 items the same, 40% off
10 items the same, 45% off.
Shipping remains the same flat rate no matter how many pieces you add.

We do use recycled packaging to help cut costs and to save the environment. Please do not be offended if your little baggie has been preloved nor if you get a post pack that is cut down for your bubble wrap.I also use odd boxes for parcelling to save the trees. Thanks for understanding.
I also dont add little cards but will write on the invoice to give you messages. This also helps to save resources. it is not because I dont care about you or your custom. Thank you for not being offended.
