PluffMudDesigns' Shop Announcement

After a wonderful time creating jewelry, I have moved on to new things!

Check out my new shop: SoTwistedUp.etsy.com

100% cotton reversible headbands...you'll love them! They have a thin wire inside the fabrics so with a quick "twist" the headband stays firmly in place. No knots coming undone - no pinching elastic - no headache producing plastic bands!

Many fun fabrics - something for everyone!

PluffMudDesigns' Shop Policies

Welcome

Thank you for visiting Pluff Mud Designs.

Handcrafted jewelry pieces are designed and created in my smoke free studio. I use pearls, semi-precious stones, Swarovski crystals, Bali beads, sterling silver, vintage stones & other elements in my jewelry.

Each piece is “one of a kind” and the wearer can be confident that they own a unique piece of jewelry!

Payment

I currently accept PayPal, money order, check by mail and major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment.

Shipping

All my jewelry items are shipped in a white jewelry gift box with a light blue ribbon. Items are shipped in a bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery.

Pluff Mud Designs is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Pluff Mud Designs is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred through customs.

Please note that international buyers will be responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or fees, and I do not mark packages as gifts or misrepresent their value.

Refunds and Exchanges

We understand it's difficult to buy jewelry online. Please check your order as soon as you receive it and convo us with any concerns.

All sales final.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We make every effort to include photographs that best represent each piece, in style and color. Please note, colors can vary with different monitors!

I am not a jewelry photographer! It is difficult to get stunning photos with limited photographic experience and equipment. These items look even better "in person"!
