Hello there! Welcome to my shop. I hope you find something here that you love. I have truly enjoyed coming up with the ideas for my creations (most of which were made to match certain outfits or bags as custom requests). My items range from simple and chic to elaborate and even elegant - but everything I make is made with much love and a hard eye for detail. I want you to enjoy my pieces as much as I have enjoyed making them and sharing them with you all.

* Cancellation Policy - I think of myself as a very understanding, easy going gal! I know that things happen and sometimes orders need to be canceled. However - Please know that I work hard to create my orders as soon as possible once they are placed and I typically like to ship within 3 days (when I can - there are those weeks when it may take 5-7 days, but that's just to give myself time if I really need it.) So - that being said, I will gladly cancel an order as long as it hasn't been shipped out yet. I think that's only fair and I hope you do too.
Shipping
I ship all of my items out First Class Mail. I find that items shipped this way tend to arrive at the same time if not sooner in most cases than Priority Mail and I can offer a lower cost to my customers in the U.S. All items will have a tracking number e-mailed to you so you can track your package and I can confirm that it has been delivered.

I also recently added International shipping. This is also shipped First Class Mail. With the bulk of my items being under $10, I felt that most people would not want to pay priority international shipping. That said, please know that if you need your items sooner I am happy to send it priority if you want to pay the additional postage.

All items are handmade and most at the time of your order. I allow 7-10 days for creating and shipping most items with the exception of hair ties - those I allow 5-7 days. (Please note - If you are in a time crunch and need an item shipped out the next day I will certainly make it work if at all possible. Please just shoot me a message with your request so I can confirm.) You may also need to pay the RUSH ADD ON FEE of $8.
Refunds and Exchanges
I'm very new to selling my items online so I think this will have to be determined on a case by case basis right now. However as I previously stated, I'm easy to get along with and I truly want every customer to be 100% satisfied.

Please contact me with any issues/problems with receiving your items damaged or if they get lost in the mail and we will certainly figure it out!
Additional policies and FAQs
RUSH FEE POLICY - Please note that I have my turn around times in place due to the amount of orders I receive every week. I am just one person and I have certain windows of time during my day that I work on orders. I do strive to get orders out before my normal policy times whenever possible, but if you need something sooner you will need to purchase my RUSH FEE of $8. I figure if I'm working into the wee hours for you, you can at least help me buy some more coffee. :)

If you need something shipped sooner than the standard USPS First Class that I use, you will also need to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express. I'm happy to do so, but again - just send me a note BEFORE you order so that I can adjust your shipping price. I believe it's around $3-4 more for Priority depending on your item.
