I am again thrilled. The chain looks like expected beautiful. Now I have three chains of Lorinne and am very happy with everyone. It makes so proud to be able to wear a unikat! I'm so happy. Thank you so much. In German: Ich bin mal wieder begeistert. Die kette sieht wie erwartet wunderschön aus. mittlerweile habe ich drei ketten von lorinne und bin mit jeder sehr zufrieden. Es macht stolz so ein unikat tragen zu dürfen!! Ich bin so glücklich. Vielen Dank.

About Plumevine pieces and how they are created:

A light-weight resin based clay material is hand sculpted and embellished with a variety of elements such as gemstones, metals, glass, czech glass beads, found images, seashells and others.

The clay is fired at low temperatures and then hand painted with high quality acrylics. Each piece goes through a thorough process to add colour, shine and 'life'.

The clay pieces are fired several times during the creation process, resulting in better strength and durability.

Once the clay piece is complete, it is then dressed with varied elements such as chains, cords, ribbons, charms, wires, jewels and the like.

Each Plumevine piece is hand made by Lorianne M. at her studio. Each an unique and wearable piece of art..

Monitor settings vary and the piece may vary in colour or tone to what is seen on screen!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Pricing for my work is strictly based on material cost, hours invested + service fees. All work is hand made by me in my studio.

I only accept payments through Paypal, and as with Etsy policy, payment must be received within 3 days after placing your order, otherwise the order will be canceled.

On Made to Order items, the item will be made after the payment has been sent.

As a seller, I reserve my right to withdraw a sale if I see it necessary, any payment made will be fully refunded in this case.

Copyright of my work is non-transferable with purchase.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within the following 3-5 business days from having placed and paid for your order, feedback will be given then.

I ship USPS priority mail, with tracking for US orders, to the Etsy address. A notification will be sent by Paypal when your order has been shipped. If tracking is available, the number will be included with the notice.

For insured or faster mail services please leave a note in the "note to seller" box and an invoice for the costs will be mailed to you once checked.

All Plumevine pieces are mailed gift-wrapped and if you'd like not to receive an invoice in the package please state so when you order.

Please know that if your package is not insured, I am not responsible for it after it's been shipped!
Refunds and Exchanges
If a piece is broken or was damaged during transit, you may return it and the costs will be refunded once I've received it, shipping not included.

Please know that I only accept a returned piece that you've had no longer than 3 days after receiving it. Insurance in returned packages is highly recommended. If a returned package is uninsured and lost or stolen, I am not responsible and cannot refund an item in this event.
Additional policies and FAQs
General information about the work:

My jewellery has a light-reflecting pearly, satined sheen that can be best appreciated when seen in person. This effect can hardly be captured by the camera, and is the main reason behind the "better in person" feedback comments.

The texture to the touch is silky, not sticky, rough or tacky.

Resin clay hardens to the weight and consistency of hard plastic, it's light-weight and has a very slight bend, while being very sturdy, but caution and care must be exercised to keep it from breaking. I use the highest quality clay material on the market to ensure a good and strong product.

All of my rhinestones are crystal or glass vintage from France or Germany, which are pointed on the backs, adding more depth and dimension, not flat.

Chains and findings are all nickel-free due to the high amount of people who suffer from nickel allergies.

I use crystals and gemstones sparingly, while using more bohemian glass beads, to avoid the extraction and mining of these precious natural resources.

I seldom acquire beads/charms/findings in bulk, but moderate quantities to offer variety and freshness to my designs, therefore they will change and adjust while supplies last.

The time of creation of my pieces usually ranges from 3-9 hours, depending on the complexity of the design, as well as the multiple firings and steps in the creation process. All Plumevine jewellery is made by me.
