Plumtree Paper Goods is a design and letterpress studio.

Plumtree Paper Goods, founded in 2010 by graphic designer Lesley Lang, is a letterpress and design studio located in North Ridgeville, Ohio, 30 minutes west of Cleveland, Ohio. An experienced graphic design, Lesley has earned many design awards over the years for her design work. Lesley initially became interested in wedding invitations while creating her own, and eventually turned her talent and attention to share her love of design and letterpress to all.

OUR MISSION – Plumtree Paper Goods shall create invitations and announcements that are artistically enriching.

OUR VISION- Plumtree Paper Good shall be the paper product provider of choice within the artistic design invitational discipline. In pursuit of its Mission and Vision, Plumtree Paper Goods shall:
• Provide quality and artistic invitational products
• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide personalized selections of products
• Provide artistic skills in design concepts
• Shall strive to stay abreast of current designs and tends in the design industry
• Create a unique line of paper products (invitations, announcements, etc.)

First off, I would like to take minute and thank you for viewing my shop! I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you. Before we get started please review my policies and let me know if you have any questions.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Plumtree Paper Goods is fully committed to providing the highest quality paper goods and stand behind everything we design and create. If you are not happy with your order for a reason within our control, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging and in salable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Plumtree Paper Goods is not responsible for items lost by the Postal Service and will not provide refunds for lost orders. If you have not received your order, please contact us.

Custom Printing:
Order Cancellation: There will be a $20.00 service fee for canceling an order before it goes to print. Once the order is printed, the full price will be charged for the order.
Returns: Custom printed items are not returnable. We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. If there is a mistake on our part, we will quickly reprint the item in question at no cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order.
Plumtree Paper Goods accepts PayPal and credit cards for all items. If you pay via eCheck, it will take 3 - 5 days to clear. All items are shipped once payment clears.

Wedding Invitations: 100% of the final cost is due before production. Once production begins, this fee is nonrefundable!
All orders are shipped within 5 days of purchase via USPS first class mail, which generally takes 3 - 5 days. Once an item is shipped, please understand I have no control over how long the Post Office takes to deliver it. Rush shipping is available for a additional cost (to be determined via shipping method)

Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Printing:
Customizing your design will take 5-10 business days. Once the design is developed, a proof will be forwarded to you for your review. Ample time will be allowed for changes. If changes are required, this is when they should be made. If changes are requested, an updated proof will be forwarded for your review. Please note: there is an allowance of 3 changes with no additional charge. If more than three changes are requested an additional fee of $50.00 an hour will be charged with a 1 hour minimum for each additional change. A confirmation of design approval with signature is required before production will begin.

All wedding invitations have the ability to be customized. You will get to choose your design, colors, fonts, and paper.

For wedding invitations I send PDF proofs out with all my products. When you receive your proof you have to approve it before the printing is started. This is when you can make any changes and when you get to double check all the spellings. Once you approve the proof you are responsible for any mistakes. You get up to 3 changes free of charge. If you have any questions about this let me know.

Checking Order Status
Updates will be forwarded via email periodically while your project is being developed.

Important Dates for Planning
When planning to invite international guests, or a destination wedding, be sure to allow 2–6 more months.
6–12 Months - Announce your engagement; set the wedding date, and Order save-the-dates cards.
3–6 Months - Make your guest list, order invitations and accessories, and send out save-the-dates cards.
4–6 Weeks - Mail your invitations and write Thank-You notes as gifts arrive.

Making Changes After Approval
If you’ve approved your order and you’ve found a mistake, please contact us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will inform you if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop production to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before signing the confirmation form for approval.

Ordering More
Promptly contact us if you discover you need to increase the quantity. Every attempt will be made to adjust the order before it goes to print. *Suggestion: Consider ordering an extra 25 invitation for last minute changes. If your order cannot be stopped before it is printed, you will be notified. If additional invitations are requested, there will be an additional charge.

Printing Limitations
Plumtree Paper Goods reserves the right to refuse to print any copy that may be considered harassing, profane or abusive in nature.

Production of invitations when the design has been approved is 2-4 weeks for printed invitations.

US Based Service
Plumtree Paper Goods is operation is in the United States. All transactions are processed in US Dollars. As such, all data is held in accordance with United States laws and procedures which differ from those in other regions of the world, such as the European Union.
