I do not break my listings , meaning if it is a “lot” or “collection” listing that is how it will stay. I do not reserve items any longer, this is due to customer non payment. Please read through our policies and thanks for stopping by! My heirlooms are sourced from all around the world.

Returns and exchange details
At this time Pocket Full of Heirlooms does NOT except returns. We no longer accept cancellations this creates more work for myself and etsy.

Please note if your package shows that it’s still in transit I do not offer returns. The post office has your package and due to covid are very backed up. I ship your package the same day on most accounts so there is no delay on my part. If you order an item on a Friday it ships the following Monday only because my local post office is not open. The post office has assured me your package will be delivered.
Payment
Please pay in a timely manner nuff said. **smiles**

Due to non follow ups and non pays I will no longer reserve items.
Shipping
I go to the post office M-F so if you pay before noon more then likely your item will ship out the same day. We ship world wide just convo for details. Please note if insurance is purchased it is the buyers responsibility to file the claim with the United States Post Office. Keep all packing as it will be needed for proof that item was shipped securely. The original receipt will be mailed to you if needed or a photo sent as almost all claims are handled via their website.
