Our Story

Hi. We’re Jenny and Bill, the creators behind Pocono Mountains Forge. In 2013 we began forging outdoors in the woods of our family home in New Jersey. In the early years we would often be found demonstrating our craft at historic houses and local events. This enabled us to grow our business and start a life together doing what we love. We were married in October 2016 and settled in the perfect home and workshop in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. We fall more and more in love with the beauty around us as we forge each day. We live simply, work hard, and are loving life!

Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Outside United States:
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order.
