All deliveries include tracking.

Express shipping orders include tracked shipping.

Orders outside of Australia provide paid shipping. I suggest adding multiple items to the order as the shipping price is fixed. International tracking is provided. If you would like express shipping for your international order, please send me a message.

Items "lost" in the mail

I will do my best to ensure each item is delivered and that you are happy with your order.

In the rare case an item is not delivered the following applies:

1. If the order was made through free standard shipping, I will ask you to confirm your address, if the address is incorrect, I am unable to assist further.

2. If the address provided is correct, I will either offer a full refund or I will resend the order.

3. If the order was placed express shipping, or has tracking details, I will contact Australia Post to determine the location of the package.
