Se houvesse uma posição em tempo integral para encourager, eu seria um salva-vidas! Inspirar pessoas é minha paixão!!! Como mãe, há tantos sentimentos envolvidos... há essa alegria inexplicável que enche meu coração e, por outro lado, muitas vezes sinto que não estou fazendo o suficiente. Esta pequena loja veio desse sentimento e o que o Senhor decidiu fazer com ele.
Trabalhei no mundo corporativo por um tempo e o que descobri foi que perdi de vista a beleza da vida. Meus filhos me ajudaram a ver isso de novo. A inspiração está em toda parte~ está no mundano, nas pequenas coisas... você só precisa olhar. Há um verso que diz: "Você vai me procurar e me encontrar, quando você me procurar com todo o seu coração."
Através das interações diárias com meus meninos, sou capaz de ouvir e ver as lembranças gentis de Deus do Seu amor por mim. Minha oração é que através do meu trabalho, você também é capaz de experimentar seu amor.
"Você é a luz do mundo. Uma cidade em uma colina não pode ser escondida. Nem as pessoas acendem uma lâmpada e a colocam debaixo de uma tigela. Em vez disso, eles colocam-no em seu stand, e dá luz a todos na casa. Da mesma forma, deixe sua luz brilhar diante dos outros, para que eles possam ver suas boas ações e glorificar seu Pai no céu." Mateus 5:14-16
If there was a full-time position for Encourager, I'd be a lifer! Inspiring people is my passion!!! As a mom, there are so many feelings involved-- there is this unexplainable JOY that fills my heart and on the flipside, I often feel like I am not doing enough. This little shop came from that feeling and what the Lord decided to do with it.
I worked in the corporate world for a wee while and what I found is that I lost sight of life's beauty. My children helped me to see that again. Inspiration is everywhere~ it is in the mundane, the little things...you only need to look. There is a verse that says, "You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all of your heart."
Through daily interactions with my boys, I am able to hear and see God's gentle reminders of His love for me. My prayer is that through my work, you, too, are able to experience His love.
“You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:14-16
