About

Our Story...

A tech savvy, creative designer held hostage for years in the stressful financial corporate world. Prior to my financial career I specialized in airbrushing, where I was able to incorporate color combinations with swank couture designs for over 10 years. After relocating from Michigan to Atlanta I decided to pursue a different career, however my creative flame continued burning deep within.

After planning and designing stationery for my Jamaica destination wedding , my friends and family were impressed and requested invitations and suggestions for their events. My supportive husband, family and friends encourage me to return back to the world of creativity. So I splashed a little fuel on my creative flame and Poetic Twist Stationery and Design was born.

It gives me great pleasure to capture the vision of a client, exceed their expectations and place a twist on their intimate moments.

Returns and exchanges
CANCELLATIONS DURING PROOF SESSIONS:
If you would like to cancel an order once proof sessions have begun a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged. This fee is for the time we have invested in designing proofs for your custom stationery. However once stationery supplies have been ordered NO refund can be issued.

WELCOME BAGS, SNACK BAGS, BOTTLES and more:
Due to the custom nature of our stationery, no refunds, exchange, returns,or credits can be issued. This also includes ALL welcome bags, snack bags, plastic bottles, tins, straws. We are unable to re-sell items such as snack bags, bottle and straws due to sanitary reasons.

PRINTED ERRORS:
To avoid printing errors and information accuracy, we ask for our clients to review all stationery for errors, typos, spelling, and information accuracy prior to approving for print. Once your print approval has been given we are NOT responsible for information printed that you approved. In case of an error on your behalf we are willing to offer printing discounts however you are solely responsible for additional stationery supplies i.e. Card Stock, Envelopes, Liners, Labels etc.
Payment
Currently, we accept all major credit cards including Paypal and Apple Pay. Contact if you require assistance.

Custom Reserved Listings:
We require payment within 24-48 hours for custom listings. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the listing. If for some reason you cannot make payment within 48 hours, please contact us.
Shipping
U.S. REGULAR SHIPPING:
Your order will ship within the timeframe stated under item description. Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Transit time is anywhere from 2-8 business days including Saturdays (not including holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking # for your package from Etsy when your package ships.

UPS Shipping is available. Please contact us for this shipping option.

US SHIPPING
2-DAY Shipping option means your item(s) will arrive 2-3 days after completion date. Please see the design or process time for your items.

CUSTOM INVITATIONS, STATIONERY OR BAG ORDERS:

Wedding invitations are shipped via UPS. Other invitations or bag orders are shipped using USPS Priority 2-3 Day Service. You will receive tracking information via Etsy when your package ships.
Basic Insurance of $100 is given unless your would like to add additional insurance.

***PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to increase insurance value or add signature delivery please contact me directly with your request prior to making your purchase. These upgrades are always welcome and will be added to your shipping fee.

***RUSH PROCESSING AND SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE***

Upgraded processing or rush shipping options are available. Please contact prior to purchase to discuss options.

***IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTE***
We are not responsible for USPS delayed delivery service. The only service that is guaranteed delivery with USPS is "OVERNIGHT" service. Therefore if you pay for 2 Day shipping and it arrives after the 2nd day we are not responsible. We recommend ordering your items in a timely manner to prevent shipping delays.


CANADIAN SHIPPING
All orders are shipped USPS shipping takes 7-15 business days. Brokerage, taxes and customs fees are NOT included in the shipping price and will be charged upon delivery. As the buyer, you are responsible for all import related fees. USPS Priority Mail is available upon request, but please allow 2-12 weeks for delivery if choosing this method due to frequent delays at customs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Greeting Cards Orders:

To keep international shipping costs low and to ensure your card arrives undamaged, cards are sent via USPS using rigid envelopes and tracking numbers will be provided (unless otherwise indicated on the listing).

Standard shipping for international packages is via USPS International Mail. The shipping estimate for USPS International Mail is 1-3 weeks. This is not a guarantee, but an estimate, and DOES NOT include time spent in customs. We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs, which may take up to an additional 6 weeks or more. Please look into the customs and import policies of your country before placing your order.

DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Most countries charge tax and duties on imported international shipments. As the buyer, you are responsible for all taxes, duties and other charges your home country may make. Please look into the policies of your home country before placing your order.

PROOF SESSIONS

3 ROUNDS OF DIGITAL REVISONS:
Your order includes 3 rounds of PDF digital revisions. The first round of revisions will be emailed or sent through ETSY convo after you have submitted wording. You may request changes two additional times, resulting in two additional sets of proofs. Each set of revisions after the initial 3rd revision will result in a $25 fee.

GUEST ADDRESSING
Please make sure your list of guests addresses are accurate prior to submitting. Proofs will NOT be sent of guest addresses.

ITEMS THAT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT
Full payment on your order is required before items are printed and shipped.
