No two quartz crystal are alike, the possibilities and variations are endless. I strive to offer beautiful and unusual crystal and minerals, I would like to add to my own collection. My art, or my craft is that all crystals are chosen individually, often among hundreds (literally) of crystals.

I know from experience, that when buying a crystal it is ideal to look at it, pick it up and feel it. My favorite way of selling crystals is in personal interaction, where people can come to my booth or table, and physically look at the stones. It is different from picking a crystal on a computer or phone screen.

With the advances of digital technology and photography, but especially video, it becomes easier every day to capture images and post them in a snap. By the same token, digital photography also has its drawbacks, because the camera mercilessly focuses on what it sees, and especially in the macro setting any flaw or ding looks like a gigantic crater. When you look at a crystal with your own eyes, you see all of it in its entirety. Combined with the light and the environment you're in, your eyes may not focus on the minute flaws but on the magnificence of the entire crystal. It is my hope, that the crystal itself may look much better once you hold it in your hand than any photo ever would.

Please look at the pictures carefully. It may be challenging to choose a mineral without handling it in person just based on a few photos. I post more and more videos at my Instagram account @pohakugalore, because video shows the crystals much better. Etsy support videos up to 15 seconds, not really enough to show a crystal. Please send me a convo and I post a minute on Insta.

In addition, the Internet reaches people that may live in a part of the world, where they cannot just drop into a ‘crystal store’ and buy whatever they are looking for. I'm now exploring this avenue in a more systematic way to bring beautiful crystals to you, by opening this (virtual) shop.
