Sure! To qualify for a bulk order you need to order 10 or more of the same item. Just send me a convo for pricing!

I use Surgical Steel for all of my French hook and post earrings.

I will ship to the address you have on file with your Etsy account, please make sure that it is correct and up-to-date.

I do not refund or replace items that were shipped safely to incorrect addresses.

If the buyer has an order that was delivered to an outdated or incorrect address, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange the pick-up of said item with either the current homeowner, or the local post office.

All orders over $10.00 (in item value) are insured with the USPS.

The items are insured with no additional cost to the buyer, and if the item does arrive broken, or goes missing, a claim can be filed with the USPS for reimbursement or either the cost of the items, or a replacement item.

If your item valued at $10.00 (or more) does not arrive, or arrives broken/damaged, please contact me through Etsy convos to begin the insurance claim process.

Once we have hammered out the details and pricing hashed out, either through email or Etsy convos, I will put up a custom listing.

Once that listing has been purchased, design work will begin.

No work will be done without an order being placed and paid for in full.

Once a custom designed item is created, you will be sent a proof.

A proof is when the work is sent to you for changes and approval prior to the product being finalized.

Once a proof has been approved for print, it is printed IMMEDIATELY. Changes can NOT be made after that point.

Nothing is sent to print without the buyer's approval.

Please take your time and read things over.
- Check for correct spellings
- Check that dates and times are correct
- Check that contact information is up-to-date and correct

ANY AND ALL ERRORS CAUGHT AFTER PRINTING WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. NO REFUNDS OR REPRINTS WILL BE GIVEN.
