5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely beautiful ring. Seller communicated clearly and ring arrived when she said it would. Ring was ordered towards the end of December and arrived January 10th. Considering I have waited over 6 weeks for other overseas items to arrive (not from this seller) I think the turnaround time is incredible. The diamonds are so sparkly and the emerald is absolutely stunning. Will return to this shop again, and would highly recommend!

I ended up purchasing another ring when I sent this one back, and I got both back very fast considering these are shipped from Thailand and it was during the holidays. Excellent quality, and the alexandrite changes colors beautifully. The black diamonds are lovely. Perfect purchases!

Engraving
Almost all of our pieces can be engraved at no extra cost. Please tell us in the notes section at checkout if you require this service.
Quality, Authenticity and Certification
We include a general authenticity card with all our orders. Our metal is hallmarked in accordance with international regulations. In order to give our customers the best assurance possible, we also offer an independent laboratory certification service at a price of 35usd. This is a far better guarantee than an employee of our company creating a certificate.
This service can be requested in the notes section at checkout. We currently use AIG gemstone laboratory ( https://aigllabs.com/).
If you also require a value appraisal, for insurance purposes, you should always do this in your home country. Appraised values are typically much higher than our shop prices. Our customers have been very pleasantly surprised.
Layaway Plans
We do not currently offer layaway plans.
Lifetime Repairs Warranty
We understand fine jewelry can be damaged accidentally so we offer a repairs service for your peace of mind.
Within the first year after your date of purchase, if your order needs repairing, including if you have lost any gemstones we will cover all costs of returning the ring to us, repairing your item, replacing any missing stones and sending the item back to you. This warranty excludes any center stones of over 2 millimeter diameter. In this case we would ask you to pay for the cost of the stone only.
After one year from date of purchase we would ask you to pay for the cost of the stones and the outward and return shipping costs but no more. Our labor and any gold needed to make the repair would be free of charge.
