Please note the estimated turn around time on each item. The turn around time should be calculated by our business days. Our business days are Tuesday-Saturday. We do process orders on Sundays & Mondays but those days are primarily for shop management. Share your items being used at your event and receive discounts for future purchases. Convo for details.
The vinyl used in our shop is rated for both outdoors & indoors. It is high quality vinyl, the same that is used for making signs. I work hard to keep my prices affordable, while using high quality materials. Have something in mind that you don't see listed? Just convo with me & I'll be happy to work with you on anything. Convos are checked early morning and late afternoon into the evening on business days. On the Weekends convos are checked through out the day. We try to respond to convos within 24 hours, but convos sent checking on status of orders will be answered twice a week. Turn around time listed on each item is an approx turn around time. Our Business Days are Tuesday-Saturday. When calculating turn around time, only business days are counted. We ship packages out 6 days a week. ** If you are needing your item by a specific date, please convo with us first. We do offer a Rush Order Service for an additional charge, but this only applies to a turn around time of 2 days or less. The rush Order Fee depends on the order and qty.*** Please read all info below for additional shop information and policies*** Want to do host a online party? Turn around time is the time it takes for my shop to complete your order, this time does not include the shipping days. Business days are Tuesday - Saturday (not including Holidays) - We do ship out on Saturdays, but Sunday & Monday are mainly for restocking, organizing, scheduling orders for the upcoming week, etc.***Please check with me prior to placing an order if you need your item by a specific date. - - - ***Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled if the order has not been started and a cancellation fee may apply . If the order has been started, it can not be refunded***. Please check with us if your order is needed by a certain time before you place the order.

We ship via the USPS. Most packages are shipped out Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery time). We recycle boxes when possible to help keep shipping cost low & to help do our part recycling. Packages that are shipped out via priority mail are insured. If an order is lost or damaged via the USPS it will not be refunded or replaced by PDS. If your item arrives damaged & was shipped out via USPS Priority Mail it was insured. It is the customers responsibility to file the claim with the USPS. This can all be done on line & the USPS does settle claims very quickly. If the customer would like a replacement for the item, the customer will need to re-order the item.. **When given an "expected" delivery date, this is an estimate only and the info. is taken from the USPS website. To guarantee a specific delivery date, you must pay for express mail shipping. Once a package is picked up/dropped off at the USPS, I have no more control over the package. ***Orders will only be shipped to the address left on the order at the time of checkout. We have had too many issues in the past with customers claiming not to of receive their packages when they requested a change of address. If a change of address is needed, the customer will need to re-order the items using the correct ship to address. The original order will be refunded - BUT if the original order has already been started, the refund will only be given once the replacement order has been placed. This change in our policy protects us and the customer. ****

On items where I apply the vinyl (tumblers, tiles, etc.) I offer replacement (if possible) or refund (minus shipping charges), depending on the situation for any item that is found to be DEFECTIVE or damaged during shipment. ALL problems must be reported to me within 3 days of receiving the item and I do require that you send me a PHOTO of the damaged item which clearly shows the defect/damage. That is NOT optional because I need the photo for insurance purposes. I strongly recommend that you follow the care instructions for longest life of your item. I only use the highest quality vinyl and your items should hold up well as long as they are cared for properly and not dropped. If dropped, tumblers WILL break!
I do NOT under any circumstances offer refunds on personalized items that are delivered in good condition and you change your mind and decide you do not want it for some reason. These items can not be resold as they are made custom for you so I can not offer you a refund solely because you changed your mind about the order. If the item is NOT personalized, I will offer you a refund MINUS SHIPPING only after the item is returned to me in it's ORIGINAL condition at YOUR expense
