Insurance and delivery confirmation will be included on orders over $100. If you would like insurance and/or delivery confirmation added to orders under $100 please contact me prior to completing your purchase so that I may make those adjustments. I will NOT be held responsible for items lost or mishandled by USPS (or other shipper). If you have a concern about your item please request insurance.
In stock items and samples will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Small custom orders (under 25 pieces of stationery) will be completed and shipped within 2-10 days. Large custom orders (over 25 pieces of stationery or any other custom item) will be completed and shipped within 2-4 weeks after approval from the customer. A 50% deposit must be made prior to beginning any custom order. Complete payment is required prior to shipment. Rush orders may be available. Please contact me to inquire about pricing and availability.
Shipping amounts for customized items are estimated once the details are finalized (number of items, total estimated weight, and destination zip code). This allows me to give you the most accurate shipping cost possible. This will be included in your custom listing.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges on orders of samples will not be accepted.
Refunds or exchanges of items that have been customized with a person's name (such as stationery, invitations, or banners) will not be accepted unless there is a flaw in the product or a mistake on my part. If you have purchased a custom item that I may reasonably be able to re-sell, I will consider a refund or exchange on a case by case basis. Please contact me.
All other refunds or exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact me.
Additional policies and FAQs
I will post one in stock item at a time, though there may be more available. If you would like to purchase more than one of the same item, please contact me so that I can update the quantity in the listing (if it is available), or set up a reserved listing for you. Some items may be made to order, and that information will be found in the listing.
I will list only one sample at a time, and only one sample per type may be purchased per customer. Please note that samples will arrive with a watermark not shown in the photo to prevent copying of designs.
CUSTOM TEXT FOR INVITATIONS, ANNOUNCEMENTS & ALL OTHER PERSONALIZED STATIONERY:
At checkout, please include the details the selected stationery requires. Including:
* Name(s) as you would like them to read
* Date, time and location of event (if applicable)
* High quality photograph (if applicable)
* Any other pertinent information such as a registry, RSVP info, etc.
If you don’t have all of the details yet, I will be happy to begin your proof and edit all of the details prior to final approval.
A PDF proof will be emailed to you. Minor revisions can be made free of charge. Proof approval is required via email before production can begin.
PLEASE NOTE: It is illegal to reproduce copyrighted images with out the written consent of the photographer. I will not use professional photographs without that permission. Please send the copyright release with your order information.
I do offer custom design. Prices and options will vary depending on the product, so please contact me for more information. A non-refundable design fee of $25-$100 may be required depending on the intensity of work, research required and materials available.
