Updates

Due to demand this layered necklace is now also available in a longer length! With 18 & 20 inch chains as well as the original version with 16&18 inch chains, this also suits those who like their necklaces slightly longer.
Part way through making today's orders - some ready to package and one bracelet still a work in progress.
I posted my first batch of orders at my new local postbox today, a proper old English one, built into the wall itself! The letters GR (George Rex) mean it was put up in King George's era (1910-36) so is older than most, which say ER (Elizabeth Rex/Regina)

About

Polly-A Jewellery - Lovingly Handmade Jewellery

Hello, thank you for visiting my shop. www.etsy.com/shop/PollyAJewellery

I am completely and madly in love with making jewellery! I have eclectic tastes, and love simple, dainty and delicate pieces of jewellery that can be worn everyday. I also love to make more substantial statement pieces, whether it's from chunky semi-precious gemstones, or from intricate hand knitted wire with an array of gemstones, pearls and crystals knitted into the wire.

Creating bespoke pieces is always challenging and rewarding, so please do feel free to contact me with any custom requests, or for variations on the pieces I have available.

Thank you for stopping by!

Welcome to Polly-A Jewellery, thank you for visiting my store.

My passion for making jewellery has taken me on a wonderful and ever evolving journey. I love to create delicate and dainty pieces that can be worn everyday, just as much as creating pieces for special occasions. I particularly love working with high quality materials including all kinds of semi-precious gemstones, Swarovski crystals, Czech glass, Japanese seed beads, Sterling Silver, copper and Gold Fill & Gold Vermeil.

I find making bespoke pieces to fit peoples' visions very exciting and rewarding, so please do feel free to contact me with custom requests.

My jewellery is sent packaged in either an organza gift bag or box, all ready for gift giving.

The environment is very important to me and so I make every effort to use recycled and sustainable packaging materials wherever possible. My jewellery cards, business cards, tissue paper and bubble wrap are all made from recycled materials and my bubble mailing envelopes are made from Forestry Commission approved paper. No solvents are used in their production and printing, and they can be recycled.

I also don't use any animal products in my jewellery - so no leather, feathers or coral, and I only use Swarovski or other glass pearls.

Many thanks!
Pollyanna

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
I accept payments via Credit Cards, Paypal and Etsy Gift Cards.
Shipping
All pieces are sent carefully packaged in a gift bag or box, all ready for gift giving.

You'll find the information regarding the processing time for each piece noted on the individual listing, in general I ship all orders within 5 business days of receiving payment but this can occasionally take longer during busy times.

All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class within the UK, and Airmail to overseas destinations unless otherwise noted - some higher value items are sent by trackable services, this is noted on the listings pages.

Shipping times - in general orders sent within the UK should arrive within a few days of posting. For the USA and other overseas destinations please allow a absolute minimum of 10 business days - it can often take longer than this so please do order well ahead if you need it by a specific date.

Please note that tracking is not available as standard with Royal Mail shipping so unfortunately it will not be possible to track your order unless by prior arrangement shipping is upgraded to a tracked service, at customer's cost.

I cannot be responsible for any customs taxes or import duties when shipping outside of the UK, please check these with your local customs office or post office.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am confident that you will love your hand made jewellery, however please do contact me if you are not satisfied on receipt of an item. Refunds can be arranged if the piece is completely unworn and in re-saleable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of postage when returning an item.

Refunds can only be given once I receive the jewellery back in re-saleable condition, so please send via a trackable shipping service. Please include your name, address and order number.

If an item looks as though it has been damaged in transit to you it would be helpful to have photos of the damaged packaging as I can claim compensation from Royal Mail.

Please do contact me if you don't receive your item within 10 days of shipping (UK) and 30 days (other destinations). Many thanks!

If you need to cancel your order you can do so anytime before it is shipped - please just contact me and let me know you need to cancel it. Once shipped, it can't be cancelled but will be subject to my return policy as above.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you would like any information about any of my pieces which is not included in the item description, please don't hesitate to contact me. I also very happily take custom orders and commissions so please do contact me if you have something in mind that's not on my store. Commissions are something I see as a fun challenge!
