Such a shame that the seller lies about it being shipped, and then miraculously ships it when you say you’re going to open a case on Etsy. Other than that, the item itself is nice but I would avoid this seller.

Never received order, shop owner would not respond to messages. Etsy however was very fast in refunding my money so I won't hold anything against the platform itself!

Nightmare experience. Zero communication from this Seller until Etsy got involved. Never shipped my item for a month. No tracking information provided. No replies to any messages. Only after Etsy reached out did they make some excuse about "the package came back to us." They never sent anything after that, either, until Etsy reached out again. Never replied to a multitude of messages. Horrible experience. STAY AWAY.
