Our Story
OUR JOURNEY BEGINS
Our Journey with pondür started back in 2005 while looking for a clothing option that had more intellectual depth & inspiration to it. Well, we never found that clothing line back then so we decided to create it. When looking for the perfect name for our company we looked for words that would represent our concept of "thought-provoking" so we took the word "ponder" from the dictionary, added a little flare to the spelling and pondür was born.
JOURNEY TO ORGANIC
We first started out as a non-organic clothing line but soon after we launched we came across some information about how much synthetic fertilizer it takes to grow enough cotton for one conventional adult t-shirt, which is about 1/3 of the t-shirts weight, and this changed everything. A few years later we then re-launched our company as pondür organic apparel, focusing on the baby industry first as they have the most sensitive immune system & it is imperative that we do what we can as parents/caregivers to protect them from this toxic world. It is also imperative that we remind our children that their possibilities are endless & to embrace their individuality.

Returns and exchange details
We are not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. If packages are returned to us for any reason there will be an additional shipping cost for the item(s) to be reshipped.
Size exchanges or general returns/exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis. We will do what it takes to ensure you are happy with the size/style you receive.

>Priority Mail (Domestic): 1-2 day processing time, 2-3 business day ship time.
>International: 1-2 day processing time, delivery time will vary depending on location and weight of items. We will contact you immediately once order is placed and we have tracking/delivery info.
