Can I return or change my order?

The items in my store are made to order. Because of this, once your order is sent to production, you will not be able to cancel or change your order. I also can not refund or change your item unless there's a defect, mistake, or damage. If it's my fault, I'll fix it. Just send me a message and I'll do my best to make it right. ;-)

How long before my order arrives?

Your item is produced as soon as possible. Shipping is what takes time. Within the US, usually it takes 7-10 days or less. Everywhere else takes 14-30 days or less.

For holidays and special occasions, I suggest you order in advance so your order can make it on time. Shipping companies are usually swamped during the holidays so there will inevitably some delays.
