Are proofs or mockups available before the order is shipped?
Because of tight production schedule, sorry that we don't provide proofs and mockups before shipment. But we will make every item carefully and beautifully.
How can I get free Expedited shipping if I buy 5 or more items?
Freely upgrade to expedited shipping with purchase of 5 or more watches (any watches). It usually delivers in about 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to the US, Canada and most of European and Asian countries. So if you buy 5 or more items, please CHOOSE STANDARD SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT and we will send you the order by expedited service.
How can I set / adjust the time on the watch?
You can simply pull out the crown then all the hands will stop and then you can set the time. Once the time is set, push in the crown and the watch should work properly.
