PoniesOfDOOOM! retains the right to refuse service to any one. In cases where a buyer has excessive negative feedback, or is notorious for leaving unnecessary negative feedback, you may be refused service, in which case any payments made will be refunded in full. If you think this may be you, ASK BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. If you have negative feedback for silly reasons (it happens, I understand) then just contact me prior to buying.

Shipping
I SHIP DIRECTLY ONLINE, This means the address you gave for Etsy and the address you gave in your checkout (either via Paypal or direct check out) must match, as this address will be what I use to ship your parcel with.

Please note that you may be expected as a buyer to have a confirmed address on PayPal. If you do not have a confirmed address on PayPal please contact me prior to shipping. Large orders will NOT be shipped without a confirmed address for both the protection of the buyer and the seller.

Ships within 3 business days usually, 5 at absolute max. I always buy delivery confirmation on all domestic packaged.

Shipping costs are calculated to save YOU money, I take no profit from shipping costs, and charge no handling fee. Shipping is calculated to be the lowest possible price, and if for some reason shipping ends up being less than expected, I will refund any overcharge.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me PRIOR to making your purchase. Please do not ask me to ship items via more expensive methods after you have paid for economy shipping, or to ship an item sooner than my normal processing time. I am always happy to help a customer get something special for a special date, but this must be arranged prior to purchase.

Italy
Israel
Spain

If you are from one of these countries and wish to buy from me please contact me before hand and we will see if we can make an arrangement. Transactions to the above countries made without prior contact will be canceled.

International buyers: Please note that the best I can do for you as far as tracking goes is provide a customs form number. I cannot take responsibility for an item once it has left my hands. Be prepared to wait, I try to keep my shipping as low as possible, which tends to mean slower international shipping. If you would like faster shipping you are more than welcome to request it (prior to purchasing), and I will send you an adjusted invoice.

KNOW YOUR COUNTY'S RESTRICTIONS!!! Make sure you know weather or not your item can legally enter your country, Italy for instance bans all (non wooden) toys from entering the country, and there fore I do not ship to Italy at all. If you purchase an item that cannot legally ship to your country, you are taking the risk that the item will be confiscated by your country's customs. I do not take responsibility for items confiscated by customs, or lost in transit for any reason. I can provide you with proof of shipment, but I cannot grantee your item will make it there as I have no control over the postal system.

I welcome all customers from around the globe. Please note, I only speak English so be prepared to speak, understand, and write in correct English. If you cannot speak or write proper English please do not buy from me, we will have communication issues. I am sorry, I wish I knew more languages, but alas I don't.

I do NOT take responsibility for an item once it has left my hands, items lost in the mail are not my responsibility. If you wish to insure an item please let me know prior to payment and I will happily adjust the invoice for you so that insurance can be purchased.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will not be given for items lost in transit. If you wish to insure your item, or want signed delivery, please request it prior to payment, and I will send you an adjusted invoice. All my domestic postage receives delivery confirmation, all international packages have a customs form number.

I CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ITEMS AFTER THEY HAVE LEFT MY HANDS!

Refunds or exchanges will only be given if I have made a grave mistake in my listing. All vintage items are used unless specified otherwise, and are described as such. If you find that this is the case with your purchase (these things to happen though I do my best to avoid it) you must contact me within 7 days of the delivery confirmation showing your item to have been delivered. I will not accept returns after this period.

Feedback requirements: if you have low or no feedback please contact me prior to making a purchase, especially if you are making a large purchase. I am happy to help introduce new buyer to Etsy and welcome any questions from new comers! I do however require that buyers show responsible feedback the same way I expect it from sellers.

Special Offers: Please note that I have special offers on some of my items. These offer you free shipping in some cases, and free items in other. 2 different offers cannot be used in conjunction with another unless specified otherwise. Free shipping offers apply only to items indicated, other items added to the order will still have shipping charges.

FAQ:
1) do you do custom orders on cyberlox?

Why yes, I do, however, I get my supplies in batches, so I can only do custom orders at certain times, please contact me with any requests, and the sooner you can message me before you need it (or can even pay) the better, so I can makes sure I have the supplies ready.

2) I need this item by a certain date, can it get to me on time?

Of course this depends on how soon the upcoming date is, but I am more than willing to adjust shipping rates to either priority mail or express mail. Such arrangements must be made prior to purchasing an item.

3) Would you consider an offer on an item?

Generally, yes I am open to offers, but usually only on very high dollar items, or on multiple item orders. You are more than welcome to send me a convo and ask, but please be reasonable. Unreasonable offers will be ignored.

4) Where do you get your charms? I buy my charms all over the place, I spend HOURS searching for through flea markets, garage sales and thrifts.
