In the event of a parcel being lost by Royal Mail, we will send a replacement of a refund after 14 working days from the previous posting date. Working days are Monday to Friday.

We are not responsible for a parcel if we have been given the wrong delivery address. We are also not responsible if parcels are held up in customs or postal services outside the United Kingdom. Any duty or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and these charges are not included in the price of any product or postage or shipping charges. We stress that these charges will be the buyers responsibility. We strongly advise you to check with your country's customs to determine what these additional costs will be prior to any purchase.

DELIVERY TIME
Generally, the post will get the items to the USA or Jaoan in about 2 weeks or sometimes less. Postage within Germany and EU will take about 3 days or less. However, sometimes parcels can get held up in customs which may take longer.

Shipping to Europe takes between 3/5 days.

INSURANCE
All orders will be shipped via regular mail without insurance or tracking information. I will not be held responsible for items lost during delivery. If you prefer tracking Number or the item to be sent registered, additional charges will apply.

Personal information collected by Poody and Berty to fulfil your order (which you authorised Etsy to provide to us), includes your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.
