We accept payment via Paypal or Direct Checkout (credit card) and will ship items within 3 business days of receiving payment.
We ship Regular Parcel via Canada Post • 2-9 days. Includes tracking and insurance.
We ship USPS.
Small Packet • 5-8 business days. No tracking or insurance. For items under 2 lbs.
Expedited Parcel • 4-9 days. Includes tracking and insurance. For items over 2 lbs.
*Please contact us if you would like to pay for an upgrade that includes tracking and insurance or if you prefer a different carrier.
We ship Canada Post.
Small Surface Packet • 4-8 weeks. Does NOT include tracking or insurance. Apply's to small items under 4 lbs.
International Surface Parcel • 4-8 weeks. Includes tracking and insurance and is used for larger items or items heavier than 4 lbs.
*Please contact us if you would like to pay extra for International air shipping or tracked packet for smaller items.
Pay listed shipping estimate or convo for shipping quotes. There are different options available and we will work with you to find the best rate and service.
We are not responsible for customs fees charged on delivery.
For local, Vancouver area, delivery or pick-up could be arranged.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are decided on a case by case basis. All items are in vintage condition and true to description/photos. That said, let us know if your item arrives in an unsatisfactory way or does not arrive at all. We will do our best to remedy the situation. If there is any damage please send us detailed photos ASAP and keep ALL packaging materials so we can process a claim. If we are not told about damage due to shipping within 3 days it will be very difficult to obtain insurance refunds.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We take pride in the appearance and condition of the items we sell. Although everything is cleaned impeccably and broken parts fixed if possible, items are in vintage condition and may show signs of wear. If you would like more detail regarding the condition of any item please contact us and we can send additional information or photos.
For furniture sales we may require your phone number and tax identification number for customs brokerage and delivery purposes.
