Ik heb het pakketje netjes opgestuurd met een track & trace code en deze zegt dat het pakketje is aangekomen. Na contact te hebben gehad met de koeriersdienst is nogmaals bevestigd dat het pakketje op uw adres is afgeleverd. Wanneer ik een pakketje aan de koeriersdienst geef, is het uit mijn handen en ga ik ervan uit dat het afgeleverd wordt. Dit heb ik op een nette manier aangegeven bij u. Het verbaast mij dat u na deze negatieve ervaring nog een tweede bestelling heeft geplaatst. Omdat ik de hele situatie vreemd vond, heb ik de tweede bestelling geannuleerd. Hierop heeft u gereageerd met deze recensie. Ik vind het jammer dat het zo is gelopen.
