1 out of 5 starsLabels were cute when they finally arrived FIVE weeks after they were first sent This seller uses USPS labels purchased through another provider which means the tracking number is untraceable by USPS. When I contacted the seller about the delay and untraceable number she feigned ignorance and deflected blame to Etsy, the USPS, the holiday season and finally, the weather. She just kept saying they would arrive without providing any sort of reliable delivery estimate. While she may not be unable to control delivery she can chose to make her shipments USPS traceable. I purchased from five other Etsy sellers during December and received all my orders in 8 days or less. Since there are so many other sellers that do labels of equal quality and provide, I’m guessing, better customer service I cannot recommend this seller.

We are so glad you think the labels are CUTE! Once packages are dropped with USPS, we can't control delivery nor can we get into their system to provide further info. Shipment was trackable as Etsy requires and label was paid for via Etsy with tracking, so Susan is mistaken. We hope Susan has a great day and smiles everytime she sees her cute jam jars. :)
