Poplollypop is a small, but perfectly formed, jewellery business based in London, UK. We specialise in creating delicious miniature food made from polymer clay. Each item is handmade and we create a wide range of items, from treats such as sweets and chocolate, to fast food burger and fries, to finer foods like sushi and breakfast pastries.

We blend, whisk and mix together a love of cooking, jewellery and handmade items to create fun, quirky pieces that are guaranteed to get you a compliment!

We think that you should have a look around, and if anything tickles your fancy, head on over to our Etsy shop to buy it. Go on, you know you want to…

My item looks like it will take a long time to make. What is your turnaround time?

We aim for you to have your item in your hands within a week. We ship with Royal Mail so will be able to post your creation Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. However, due to the unpredictability of the postal system, a week is not guaranteed. As the Poplollypop team all have full time jobs (you know…teachers, web developers, superheroes) they work on creating the yummy trinkets during the evenings and weekends. Basically, if something is looking like it may take more than a week to get to you, for whatever reason, we will let you know!
I don’t live in the UK! What countries do you ship to?

We ship to any country, anywhere, worldwide, globally! If you would like to get a specific quote for shipping, or would like it tracked internationally, please contact us and we can arrange this for you. We also offer reduced shipping for multiple items. Please note that currently, we only offer tracking on UK delivery.

I’m shipping an item as a gift directly to a friend. How are your items packaged?

We like to think of our products as good enough to eat so we have spent a lot of time making the packaging special. Each item will be packed in a plastic pocket with a printed card topper, just like a real bag of sweets! Your treat is then wrapped in tissue paper and tucked into an envelope to protect it on its mission through the various postal systems! We promise you that the packaging is as cute as our jewellery. We also enclose your receipt of payment. If it is for a gift, then let us know and we can either give a gift receipt with no price or forward a hard copy of your receipt directly to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
We ‘d like to think that no one could possibly change their mind about our lovely jewellery, but we do understand that second thoughts or matters of taste can result in a little Poplollypop item being unwanted. It is our priority to keep you happy so drop us a line and we can sort something out. All we ask is that you contact us as soon as possible, as we are unable to process refunds 10 working days after the shipping date. We also can’t accept returns on custom orders, but you probably assumed that anyway!
Additional policies and FAQs
I’d really like a particular food item but you don’t have it. Do you create custom items?

Of course we do! Custom orders are very exciting as it allows us to be creative, different and to really offer a product tailor-made to a customer. Here’s how you go about doing it… On our Etsy site, there is a link that says Request Custom Item. This means you can jot down some ideas about what you’d like. You can also upload pictures, or drawings if you’re feeling creative. You might like to order a slice of cherry pie, but have it on a mobile phone charm instead of a necklace. Or for the boys out there, you may want to surprise the mother of your child by having her pregnancy cravings put on a ring – Oreos and tomato ketchup? Mmmm yummy! We will first send you a quote and a sketch if necessary, then, providing we have the technical skill, we will make your item. We will send you detailed photos before shipping so you can be entirely happy with the item and be sure that there are no nasty surprises. Then you can waltz around with your creation, saying in a posh voice that you had it commissioned!
