At Popoz Design, our vision is to grow into your ultimate one-stop shop for all things craft sparkle and shine. We dream of being the go-to destination where creators can find everything they need—from stunning pearl and rhinestone mixes to glittering accents, custom options, and exciting new supplies—to bring their DIY projects to life with ease and inspiration.
I run Popoz Design alongside my husband Joe, who will often be carefully packing and preparing your orders with love and attention to detail. I was born and raised in The Netherlands, where I lived and worked until April 2024. After spending 10 wonderful years together with my husband in The Netherlands, I moved to the beautiful United States to join him here. It’s been an incredible journey!
I launched my first Etsy shop, Popoz Design Europe, about 4 years ago. I quickly noticed that a large portion of my customers were in the US, even with the longer shipping times and higher costs. When I relocated to the USA, we shifted our focus to building and expanding the business here—and it’s been truly amazing to see it thrive!
We’re proud to offer over 175 unique pearl and rhinestone mixes, a wide range of individual flatback pearls and rhinestones, brilliantly sparkly glitter perfect for any craft project, eye-catching UVDTF decals, and beautiful toner-reactive metallic foils for all your DIY creations. We’re constantly working to expand our selection, with many exciting new products on the way soon.
In 2024, we introduced custom pearl colors to give you more vibrant and personalized choices beyond the standard options available elsewhere. We also welcome custom color requests—whether to match your business logo, brand colors, or something completely unique to you. Just reach out, and we’d be happy to discuss how we can help!

SHOP POLICY
Our Products & Listings
Orders are packaged by weight, so there may be slight variations in the exact amounts received—the quantities listed are approximate. We personally mix, weigh, and pack every order to keep things as consistent and accurate as possible.
We photograph all our products with high-quality, professional setups. That said, please note that our rhinestones, pearls (especially custom colors), are produced in batches. Colors can vary slightly between batches, from our photos, or compared to previous orders. For projects where perfect color matching is essential, we recommend ordering enough at once for your entire project. Additionally, colors might appear different on your screen due to variations in monitor settings.
Many of our custom colors—and occasionally some standard ones—are painted, and most products are coated or foiled. Avoid cleaning them with alcohol or solvents unless you're intentionally aiming for a vintage/distressed effect.
Please remember: all pearls and rhinestones sold here are craft supplies for creating your finished pieces, not ready-made products. To ensure durability, color retention, and protection from moisture, dirt, scratches, and other external factors, apply a topcoat of UV-resistant clear coating to our flat back pearls. Apply a thin layer and let it dry completely. This will help maintain the brilliance of your project over time. When sealing your rhinestones, look for topcoats designed specifically for rhinestones.
Delivery Time & Shipping
We ship from Michigan to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. Territories, and Canada. Estimated delivery times are 1–10 days, depending on your location. Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees.
We pack and ship quickly—orders placed Monday through Friday are usually processed and shipped within 2 business day. Because of our fast turnaround, all sales are final, and we cannot accept cancellations. Tracking information will be provided through Etsy.
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage (typically 2–5 days) as standard, with the option to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (1–3 days) at checkout for faster delivery. Both options include insurance up to $100; we increase coverage for orders over $100, and orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery is considered complete once USPS marks the package as “delivered.” If you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office. We ship to the address on file with Etsy—double-check it before purchase, as we may not catch address change requests in time. Undeliverable/returned packages are refunded minus a 20% restocking fee (minimum $2.50); shipping fees are non-refundable.
International buyers (outside the US/Canada) are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, etc.
Complaints
We genuinely want you to be 100% happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. We’d much rather make things right than see an unhappy review!
Exchanges
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or color and would like to exchange it, reach out within 3 working days of delivery. If approved, return the items within 5 working days of delivery. Include a copy of the packing slip or a note with your name and order number.
Items must be returned complete, undamaged, and in original packaging. Once we receive them in good condition, we’ll refund the original items after you place a new order for the correct ones. If no new order is placed by the time we receive the return, a 20% restocking fee (minimum $2.50) will apply.
Our exchange policy is mainly for accidental mistakes (wrong color/size). Because each mix is custom-blended just for you, and due to restocking costs, full-order exchanges or exchanges for pearl/rhinestone mixes are generally not available. If color or size matching is critical for your project, please message us before ordering—we’ll do our best to help you get exactly what you need.
Shipping costs are never refunded.
