Why the name Poppies and Goldfish? When I was growing up Grandpa buried an old tub in the ground for Grandma. She always kept it stocked with beautiful and interesting goldfish. She loved them so much she planted poppies all around the little pond, and they were gorgeous. It was always a favorite of mine in her yard! Such a simple thing that brought her much joy.

So follow along with me and maybe some of my simple things will bring you joy!
