Returns and exchanges
Cotton Candy Kits is dedicated to providing quality products and great customer service. You may return any item within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you would like to return an item, you must first contact me to let me know of your intention. Next, ship the unused, undamaged item back to us.
Upon receipt of the unused and undamaged goods, I will gladly refund your credit card or PayPal account for the full amount minus shipping charges and 10% restocking fee.
Payment is required within 5 days.

I accept Credit Cards and Pay Pal.

Swiss customers and customers from the European Union (EU) may also pay for their purchase per bank transfer in CHF (Swiss Franks). Please contact me for directions.

The prices of the items sold in my shop do not include shipping fees or any other taxes etc. that may occur.
I am based in Switzrland and ship world wide.

I only ship with PRIORITY MAIL to ensure speedy delivery on domestic and international orders.

I use die Post (Swiss Postal Service) to ship my goods.

You will receive an information mail from me informing you of your shipping number and approximate arrival date of your shipment.

Your order may be subject to import duties, custom tariffs or VAT charges. They vary greatly from country to country and we strongly suggest checking your country’s customs policy before placing your order with us. These charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
If any package is refused or undeliverable, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

I guarantee that my kits leave my company in pristine order. I ship my kits in boxes or padded envelopes. Should you receive any goods which have been damaged during transport, please contact me immediately via the "contact Seller" button.
