If you are allergic to the metal the earring hooks are made of, send me a message to discuss possible alternatives! I use sterling silver or gold plated ear wires as a default, which are lead and nickel free, but I also have sterling silver filled and gold filled ear wires should you need them! I also have hypoallergenic titanium for those with more intense allergies. Just shoot me a message to confirm I have them in stock before purchasing to prevent delays in shipping! :) I can also make your earrings with clip ons, please message me to confirm I have these in stock before purchasing as well. Keep your earrings in the box they are sent in to protect them from tarnishing or bending. For necklaces made with cord or leather cord, keep them hung to ensure they keep their shape, don't roll them up. For necklaces and bracelets made with chain, keep them in their box to prevent tarnishing.

Should your jewelry tarnish, rub gently with a slightly damp cloth with a little gentle soap, being careful to not get the beads wet. You can also use a mixture of water, baking soda, + lemon juice, being careful to clean the metal only, not the beads. You can also use jewelry polish wipes, just be careful to not bend your jewelry or pull too hard on the chain. After cleaning, make sure to gently cleanse with water and dry your jewelry thoroughly.

No prices are shown on the items upon delivery. All orders will be sent in a brown craft paper jewelry box with an inner cotton pad to keep your jewelry safe. Larger items will be wrapped in tissue paper to protect them. For items marked as gifts, they will be packaged with kraft paper.

To further protect your items during shipping, I will re-use packing materials that I have on hand. This may include reused bubble wrap or padded mailing envelopes, recycled paper or tissue paper, or colorful "whogivesacrap" paper. I send packages reusing packaging I have on hand to limit the amount of new packaging that I use, and to reuse plastic resources before simply throwing them away. I encourage you to find ways to reuse the packaging you receive!

Please confirm the size of the jewelry is what you are looking for! Measure your wrist, neck, or ear with a tape measure, or use a string and measure the string length. If you would like an item in a different size, please message me to discuss this before purchasing! Most items can be changed, but not all.

For most items, I can make them in gold or silver, whichever you prefer. Please message me to confirm if I can make an item in another metal for you before purchasing - i.e. sterling silver or gold fill result in a different price. If you want to purchase earrings, but need clip ons, message me before purchasing to confirm I can make them with clip ons first! :) For customizations, I charge a base fee of $5 per item, extra charges may apply i.e. if I have to order custom materials for you, etc. you'll pay for the cost of extra materials.
