Accepted payment methods
- All prices are in US dollars.
- Payments are accepted through Direct Checkout -or- PayPal. All major credit (and debit) cards are processed through both methods; it is a safe and secure way of processing transactions online and free for customers.
- eCheck payments made via PayPal must be cleared and credited to the Seller's PayPal account before your purchase will be shipped.
By default, I ship via THAILAND POST SMALL PACKET, without tracking number. Delivery time is typically 2-5 weeks after shipment. Please note that delivery times will vary based on destination country and potential delays in transit.

Due to an ongoing labour dispute, Canada Post has informed us that it may halt acceptance of new shipments and delivery of mail and parcels beginning on July 2nd. At this time, all shipments to, within, and from Canada that are handled by Canada Post will be affected until the dispute is resolved.
We would like to let you know that we will not be able to ensure delivery on shipments sent out past the last ship dates suggested by Canada Post. Consult the Canada Post strike updates page to view the last day to ensure delivery for each shipping service.

IMPORT FEES: The customer is responsible for any fees incurred through customs.
LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible once the item is shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns will be accepted within 30 days upon delivery and you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Once I have received the item, all refunds will be processed (minus original shipping charges)

Additional policies and FAQs
It is unfortunate, but suppliers are not required to disclose nickel content in their products. Though not dangerous, Nickel can be a skin irritant for some people. That being said, some suppliers do disclose this information, so I will provide you with that information whenever possible. So, please note that though I always strive to use only high-quality and hypoallergenic components, it may be the case that I cannot guarantee a component is nickel-free, even if it is nickel-free.
