Production times vary product to product. Please look at the individual listing for current production times. Shipping time is not included with production time, it is in addition. Production time is how long it takes for me to get to your order, make and send out.
Only select items come with a proof option, if you delay approving the paid proofs, this will delay your order. If the item does not have the option to add a proof, one is not sent. Your item will look exactly like the main product photo, except with your personalized information.
Please do not place an order and leave in the notes an email or phone number to contact you at regarding your order. I will not call/text/email customers. I only use Etsy messaging to communicate with customers about orders.

Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
Items have different production times. You can review the date information Etsy provides on the listing for estimated shipping and delivery. All delivery dates are estimates only, nothing is guaranteed. I always advise ordering well in advance for any upcoming event.
Can I rush my order?
At this time I am not accepting rush orders.
Can I get a proof of my order?
Proofs are not sent for every item. Proofs are only offered on the map prints and map ornaments, and they can be added on for an additional fee. All other items, proofs are not sent. I copy and paste the information provided to me, so please double check your spelling and dates.
If you choose not to purchase a proof for the map items, you remove the ability to review the item prior to printing. The map and layout is final and will not be changed. If you receive your item and there is an error due to information you provided, replacement options may be available for an additional fee.
Can I see what my order would look like before I buy?
I do not do any design or production work before purchasing.
Can I change what is on the design?
Any changes to the design or layout of any product (outside of standard personalization on the item), must be cleared with me prior to ordering. Some substitutions or changes can not be made. We reserve the right to automatically cancel an order if requests for changes are made without prior approval.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
I do not offer gift wrapping services at this time. Orders are packed for secure shipping, as my main focus is making sure your item arrives in perfect condition.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
For orders that have arrived damaged, due to shipping - you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photos of the damaged product, along with photos of the damaged box/packaging to show proof of damage during shipping. This is for claim purposes on our end. Damage claims will not be accepted without both types of photos. Once we receive this information, we will review for replacement options.
