Payments can be made by PayPal*. All payments must be received by 5 days after sale at 5 p.m. Western time and if not received, sale will be canceled and available to other customers. Please let me know if you need an extension on the timeframe.
*A PayPal account is not necessary to place an order. During checkout payment type will be requested twice. On the second request for payment, click on the logo for your credit card instead of the green PayPal button. Click "continue" to pay without logging into PayPal.*
All domestic orders go out by USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 5-7 business days of order and with 2-5 day delivery. All orders will be shipped to your Etsy address unless contacted with different address. Insurance can be added by request to orders over $75.00. International orders will be shipped First Class.
*Poppy and Pearl Co. cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office while in transit to you. We package our orders well, but unfortunately once it leaves our shop it is out of our hands. If you are concerned about the shipment of your order, we recommend that you request insured mail (domestic) or registered mail (international).*
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may notify us and return it within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition. The price of the item will be refunded when we have received it in its original condition, but shipping costs will not be refunded.

If a Reserved Listing is created, it will be valid for 10 days in anticipation of payment.
