Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges

I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns are accepted and refunds given in the form of store credit. The item must be returned to me within 14 days of receiving it, and the buyer must send me a message letting me know that they are sending it back. All exchanges must be for the original purchase amount - no more than $10 will be refunded back.

Unclaimed international returns: if an item is shipped back due to the fact that it was left unclaimed at customs, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Alternately, the buyer can choose to repay shipping costs and have the item shipped to them again.

All clearance items are final sale; no returns or exchanges are permitted.
Payment
Payment is accepted via Paypal and credit card.

I will reserve items for up to 3 days. If, after the third day, checkout is not complete, the hat will be removed from reserve and be available for sale.

I'm happy to offer layaway! It is available for purchases over $100. I'll hold the item/items for a month once a deposit/first payment of 1/4 the retail price is paid. The deposit is non-refundable, should you decide to back out at any point. After that first payment, you can schedule the rest at your convenience, as long as the total amount is paid within a month.
Shipping
All items are shipped with the utmost care! Hats are stuffed to keep their shape and shipped in boxes in order not to be crushed.

If you need your hat by a certain time, it is your responsibility to let me know. I will do everything I can to get it to you on time! I do offer Express shipping (overnight); the buyer will pay all extra fees.

International customers: please do not ask me to alter the value of your order on customs forms.
