Treat your creature as a fragile object. It's best to remove your jewelry pieces before going to bed or stepping in the shower.
Some chemicals may be harmful to the gold or platinum coating of your creature so it's best to avoid spraying pеrfume on it.
To clean the piece use warm water and some soft soap.

-All items ship via Priority Registered Air Mail with tracking number, delivered upon signature. For upgraded express shipping, please send a message.
-Registered mail provides a solid proof of shipping; it's tracking, however, also depends on the recipient's country postal carrier conditions (not all countries support detailed online tracking)
-Registered mail Is one of the most reliable and safe ways of shipping and always requires signature upon delivery. If you are not at home, the postal carrier must leave a notice that your package is available for pick up from the post office.
***IMPORTANT: If a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender.

Packages that were returned to me because address is incorrect/can't be delivered or were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If a package is to be sent again for any of the above reasons, an invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to you.

-For items went missing in transit or for any other issue with your order, please message me! I will do my best to locate your order with the shipping carrier or I will offer a replacement or a refund.
-Your positive shopping experience with Porcelain Creature is very important so please contact me anytime with questions or concerns about your order. I strive to provide you with great customer service at all times.
-A package is not considered lost before at least 30 working days have passed. (per BG post carrier policy)
-Packages with tracking info that shows the item was delivered and signed for are not considered lost and will be further followed up and investigated for mistakes or incorrect info, provided by the carrier.

-All refunds are given upon receipt of the items back in an intact condition. (with exceptions for transactions cancelled before the item has shipped, in such case a refund is issued immediately)
-Buyer must contact me within 14 days of receipt that they want to return an order. Items must be returned within 30 days since the day of delivery.
-You can return items past this term too with a 2% restocking fee applied to the refund.
-Returned items must be in their original intact condition and packaging.
-Please do not send items back without notifying me first.

-Porcelain Creatures is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur upon receiving an item in your country. Customs taxes, if any, are solely a buyer's responsibility.
