My weaving kit arrived so quickly! I really liked how it was packaged and it came with everything I needed to create my first wall hanging! I really appreciated the step by step instruction booklet that was included with pictures! It was so helpful! The fibers and yarns included were great and there was still plenty leftover for me to use for other projects too!

I was a middle school teacher for 6 years before starting Port Gardner Crafts. I love weaving for its accessibility, versatility, and for all of the literary metaphors. My specialty is in teaching those who don't think they have any business getting behind a loom. If pushing yarn in and out of other yarn for a long time doesn't appeal to you (it does to me!) then I am more than happy to weave a custom tapestry for you.
