If you’ve purchased multiple single stud earrings, they’ll be packaged together in one gift box to help reduce excess packaging. If you’d prefer each single stud earring to have its own individual gift box, just send us a quick note — we’re happy to accommodate!

We like to show off our handiwork — so our jewelry photos are taken up close and personal, sometimes closer than a pirate eyeing buried treasure. Be sure to check the listed dimensions and measurement photos to get a true sense of each piece’s real-life size before you set sail on your purchase.

All the photos we have are already shown — no secret treasure chest of model shots hiding here! While we don’t currently have any model photos, each piece includes detailed measurements and scale images to help you visualize how it will look when worn.

Each piece we make is crafted with care — and a little love goes a long way in keeping it beautiful. Avoid exposing your jewelry to chlorine, as it can cause metals to discolor or weaken. Take off your jewelry before swimming, showering, working out, or heading to bed.

To keep it gleaming, store it in an airtight container when not wearing it. Air and humidity are the main culprits behind tarnish. A quick polish with a jewelry cloth every so often will help it stay bright and radiant for years to come.

Each pair of our 14k gold-filled studs is crafted with a durable layer of gold bonded to the front and back. The very edges do expose the base metal, so if you have a brass sensitivity, solid gold will be the better choice. The posts and backs are fully gold-coated and comfortable for most people, but everyone’s skin reacts differently and individual sensitivities can vary.

All packages are shipped with the actual item value as required by law. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. Marking an item as a gift does not remove these charges.

Yes, all of our sterling pieces are made from solid .925 sterling silver.

Because our jewelry is cut from sheet metal and fabricated by hand (not cast), very small pieces like stud earrings often cannot be stamped without distorting the metal. We use prefabricated sterling posts, which may be stamped initially, but after soldering we work-harden them for strength, which can remove or obscure those markings.

In the U.S., hallmarking is not required for handmade items, and due to size and process, the finished piece may not carry a visible stamp. Stamps are often associated with sterling, but they’re not required and don’t always tell the full story. We focus on using genuine materials and making each piece by hand.

You can buy our stud earrings as a single or a pair — your choice! We know some customers love to mix and match or wear (or replace) just one. Be sure to select “single stud earring” or “pair of earrings” in the drop-down menu when checking out.

Due to occasional supply shortages, we reserve the right to substitute a different style of earring back when necessary. Rest assured, the material will always match your chosen metal — sterling silver, gold-filled, or solid 14k gold — and we’ll ensure the quality and function remain the same.
