PoshFairytaleCouture's Shop Announcement

Welcome dreamers, doers and lovers. I hope you find what you're looking for in my shop! ❤️

Please respect my artistry. ❤️ Please do not ask me to loan or donate any of my items to you for any reason. This is my full time job and how I pay my bills and support my family just like any other job. I have three children to support. Thank you! ❤️

FAQ: I use REAL feathers. I am not a vegan company. I reuse and recycle all animal by-product that I can acquire. It's my way of paying homage to the animal after it's been eaten for food. As a way of respect to the animal. Although, I do not use real fur, unless it has come from an animal killed for food or roadkill. I do not support animals being killed for fur.

Please note: I will NOT nor am I required to make you an invoice/Bill. Please do not ask for this. You can print the reciept via etsy if you need for your records.

********All sales are final. No returns or exchanges, no exceptions.********* Please see shop policies section for more details.

I am an artist of sorts. A skilled hairdresser, makeup artist, and for approximately 4 years now a headpiece designer. I feel that I have a knack for artistic interpretation. I enjoy creating one of a kindpieces that are magical and exquisite. I love to make items that represent the divine beauty of the luminous feminine. I am a licensed Cosmetologist by trade and I make all my headdress's, wigs, and headpieces from skratch. I am the solo creator of all items in my shop. I love making items that make a statement when you walk into a room its 'ALL EYES ON YOU'!! I decided long ago that I would rather be a starving artist than a slave to my shears.

Important Buyer Information:
. All orders will have delivery confirmation and tracking available.
Note to shoppers: If you are an international buyer outside the U.S. please make sure your purchases comply with your country's mail customs. Incidents are rare, but it always pays to double check! Items lost in the mail/seized by customs can not be replaced or refunded. I am not responsible for any damaged caused during shipping. Once it leaves the care of my hands it is out of my control.

Absolutely NO refunds/returns. My shop is not a rental service. I will not be taken advantage of. I have three children to support. I custom made most of my items to order which means I buy supplies after the purchase has been made. You may request pictures of your completed piece before I ship to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. In most cases, I send photos without you having to ask as a courtesy. :)

If you have any questions about a headdress or notes made in a listing about an imperfection or defect on the item please message me with any questions or request additional photos prior to purchase. I am more than happy to provide additional photos and answer any questions you may have. Please read the entire listing before purchasing, this is your responsibility as a buyer to ask questions.

Please note that all orders ship from Germany. If its a made to order item please allow necessary 'processing' time plus shipping time from Germany to your destination. Also, I pack each piece very well according to it's packing needs. I have no control over damages which occur during shipping. All sales are final. Once it leaves my hands its out of my control. International parcels are often in transit for days to weeks and pass from many hands to another, please note this and buy at your disgression. I do insure and get tracking information for most orders. :-)

Please be warned that I do not tolerate fraud or stealing of any kind! That is why I do not accept PayPal as a form of payment. PayPal snatches money from small businesses and gives it to thief's! PayPal does not protect it's sellers.

Headdresses with feathers: if any feathers get bent or curled up during shipping add a little heat to them with a flat iron on low or hot blow dryer and they will go right back into original shape. If a feather gets bent in the box - It is NOT damaged. As they easily go back into place with heat.

This shop accepts Etsy Gift Cards.
