1 out of 5 starsWorst customer service ever. The person was so rude. I asked for a refund since the product came damaged. And instead they blamed me for damaging the product. They sent the butterfly wings in a plastic bag wrapping envelope instead of something more secure so it wouldn’t bend. I have never had a bad experience on Etsy until now. The product isn’t worth the hassle.

Scammer. She waited a week to complain for full refund. The order was sent in a bubble padded envelope so asked for a picture which she refused to provide. When Feedback extortion didn't work, she started racially profiling and abusive, all for $8. Shame on buyers like her.
